Return cost (whether you are returning or exchanging the item) will be refunded back to you once we receive the returned item.
14 Days to Return or Exchange
We offer you a 14 day money back or exchange on all orders. This will begin from the day you receive your parcel. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please fill out the form below and we will issue you a return confirmation code. You can print this out and include it in the return item(s) package, or simply write the code number on a piece of paper manually and add it if you do not have access to a printer.
